In light of significant demand for the Sol-Ark 18K and allocation issues, we are requiring a non-refundable $500 deposit with each accepted 18K order. Your deposit will be credited against the actual purchase price for the product when payment is made. The deposit will not be returned for any reason unless Sol-Ark determines to cancel your order. If, for any reason, you cancel the order after making the deposit, your $500 will not be returned to you, but will, instead, be retained by Sol-Ark as liquidated damages to compensate Sol-Ark for costs, allocation and stocking fees and related operational expense, or lost sales opportunities, associated with providing early access to the 18K product.
